Ground Coffee _ BONCAFE pure Mocca (Arabica) VS Roasted Robusta

 

 Reading that robusta beans taste better, I tried both of these ( left Arabica beans, right robusta ), I find that I prefer the Boncafe pure Mocca gourmet coffee. It taste more of fullness with a mild bitter taste and less of sour (which I dislike over sourly coffee) especially compare with the Nescafe Gold instant coffee. 

The Return of Allergy Conjunctivitis

 

Reading back my post in 2014, I remember that I gave up treatment and left my left eye with tears and itchyness. I could'nt find anyway to solve this situation. Then I happens to work on a cruise, where Iive in it for 9 months and another. Surprisingly, the tearing stops by itself and the "dead skin" I mention were getting flat. All my itchiness were gone. But just right on the night I was home, the itchiness came back immediately, and being home for just months, these time, not only the punctum, the lessions grow on the caruncle too. 

Back to PPUM ( Pusat Perubatan Universiti Malaya), and for 9 months of treatment, these lession are growing bigger and can only be control under steroid drops. Again. I refuse to use steroid after 2-3 months from the first treatment, and I have done quite some test but none of it helps. It's an allergy that I don't know what to be aware of. What is it that exist on land where we could'nt find on a ship? Trees....flowers, grass....is that what?

Here are all the treatments I have tried;

Vismed Multi

Pataday

Olopatadine 0.2%

Ciclosporin 0.5%

Nevanac

Allergocrom

And all of the test I have done to check the possibility of this grown;

The doctor then advice to do a removal/biopsy and see what is it. I actually quite refuse for this operation, as I felt, my allergies won't go away with this, it couldn't be cured. But I went for a second opinion with another eye specialist, Klinik Pakar Mata Soo at Taman Sri Sentosa which also advice for a removal. (specialist outside are so expensive. cost me RM200 for the advice) So, I went for the operation.

I don't know how to read the result report, too medical.... the doctor said it's an allergy reaction. That's all.... What on heaven I'm I allergy to?

Kiehl's Super Multi-Corrective Cream vs Ultra Facial Cream

    

This Super Multi-Corrective Cream has a nice smooth, soft texture, without fragrance. Feel good using it. Prefer this one more if to compare with their Ultra Facial Cream. But both has a smooth texture. Both has nothing to complaint.

Calculation of Converting a Warrant

After some google ing and readings from different source, my conclusion and understanding about warrants;

*Company Warrant (WA/WB.....)
is issued by the company and Convertable to mother share;

Formula:
Warrant Price x Exercise Ratio + Exercise Value = The amount you spend to own the company share

Example:

Share Price : RM 0.56
Warrant Price : RM 0.11
Exercise Value : RM 0.54
Exercise Ratio : 1:1

RM0.11 x 1 + RM0.54 = RM0.65

You have paid RM0.65 to own a share that worth only RM0.56 at that current share price.
 Means you have paid extra RM0.09 or 16% premium for owning the share.

Share Price 0.56 - Exercise Value 0.54 = 0.02/1.
At the current share price of RM0.56, the warrant is only worth RM0.02


*Call Warrant (C10/.....)
is issued by third party financial institution and Cash settled on expiry.
Cash is settled only if the share price is higher than the exercise price.

Formula:
(5 days average of last Closing Price - Exercise Price) x /Exercise Ratio = Amount of Cash Receive

Example:

Share Price : RM11.7
Call Warrant Price : RM0.6
Exercise Value : RM7.6
Exercise Ratio : 7:1

(RM11.7 - RM7.6) /7 = RM0.586

You have paid RM0.6/warrant, But you'll only receive RM0.586 in return when expired.

Horse oil cream

Bought this during a trip in japan. Suprisingly, it's a nice cream no matter as moisturizing lotion or to reduce ithciness. Bought more when I was in Taiwan. But didn't find it in Malaysia.
