Ground Coffee _ BONCAFE pure Mocca (Arabica) VS Roasted Robusta

 

 Reading that robusta beans taste better, I tried both of these ( left Arabica beans, right robusta ), I find that I prefer the Boncafe pure Mocca gourmet coffee. It taste more of fullness with a mild bitter taste and less of sour (which I dislike over sourly coffee) especially compare with the Nescafe Gold instant coffee. 

Segafredo Espresso Capsule

This capsule coffee fits me right. Just without a machine I tried brewing it in many different way. Still good.

Making is as a drip coffee

In the video I added milk and condense milk. It actually already taste good in black.

拼命三郎，台湾角色。 Aspirant 12% Taiwan Saki. 甜甜的，很好喝。

I always forgot what's the mixture of each name of the coffee... tried macchiato today, espresso with foam. The bean taste a little too sour for me and I'm not a espresso person, so macchiato, not my kind.

Potato Prawn 馬鈴薯蝦

妈妈料理最爱之一

1. 馬鈴薯切粒煮水(水量剛剛過馬鈴薯)

2. 蝦 + (玉米粉 + 胡椒粉  + 糖 + 醬油)

3. 炒姜 + 蒜頭 + 以上的蝦 + 醬油 + 蔥 + 以上的馬鈴薯 + 番茄醬 + 鹽  

炒至香即可食用 ^_^

One of my favourite mom dishes <3 <3 <3

1. Potato cut into cubes and boil ( water around potatoes level )
2. Prawn + ( corn powder + pepper + sugar + soy sauce )
3. fry ginger + garlic + ( prawn above ) + soy sauce + scallions + ( potato above ) + tomato sauce + salt 

Fried till it smells good,... DONE  ^_^
